HGL is one of the few companies that remain committed to research and development, offering a dynamic work environment for creative, energetic professionals.  Currently, HGL has a position open for a (mid-level) Staff SharePoint Administrator in its corporate headquarters in Reston, VA. This is the perfect time to join a growing company in a high visibility position. 
 

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HGL’s SharePoint Online Tenant and OneDrive
  • Design, develop, test and implement business solutions using SharePoint Online leveraging OOTB and custom functionalities
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
  • Conduct content management tasks such as content cleanup, archiving, and restructuring
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for SharePoint Online / Office 365
  • Support existing applications by addressing defects, making minor enhancements, and responding to help desk tickets

Required Skills

In addition to general SharePoint experience and skills, the following are critical:
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Office 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Groups, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Required Experience

 4+ years of related job experience is required for this position.

Required Education

BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience/training is required for this position.

Details
